Help with selling, account, my store, my promotions
Over the last 3 months or so my sales have literally falling off. I started using ChatGPT to help me create better Listings and and for a very short time, I noticed an increase in sales, even though I was concerned about the recommended pricing that ChatGPT was giving me. It seemed a little high. But customers were actually buying some of the higher priced items so i continued to use it. I must admit I was very impressed with receiving a higher price per item, and this caused me to List more items and then all of a sudden everything just stopped. I’m posting better items better pics and even more thorough items specifics and description. I started a promotion of buy one and get 150% off and I have not received not one sale under that promotion. When I woke up a couple of days ago, my account was telling me to promote all my listings and I didn’t understand what happened because all my listings were already promoted and then all of a sudden all of them ended, but I had a promotion with no end date. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s really depressing my shipping times are 100%. My customer feedback is 100%. it’s just that all of a sudden I’m not selling hardly anything. I really would like some help. I tried to call eBay, but you can’t. I feel so helpless is there anyone out there that can help me?
