help with scam seller (gps)
I’m having trouble finding a way to contact ebay customer support or chat. There is no option to ask ebay to step in. Seller has scammed multiple buyers with bogus gps that is never sent/received, & is no longer responding. I tried opening return, but then canceled that, as I was not seeing any way to contact ebay about paypal money back guarantee. Do I need to go through PayPal customer service instead??
