Help with sale not paid but buyer said she paid.
I made a sale, ebay says buyer paid on the date but no payment shows up. I emailed buyer she thinks ? she paid but won't send me any proof.
I want to cancel this order and relist.

Mentor2 years agoIf no payment shows on file, wait 4 days for payment. On day 5 cancel as ‘buyer has not paid’ so it is recorded on her account.
