Help with Return Process
I messed up on a return...
I had started the return process for an item. When I got to the part where I had to purchase a shipping label, I got sidetracked by a minor life emergency and wasn't able to get back to complete the return process for a couple of days. When I did get back, the page had expired and I was taken back to the Return Details page. Strangely, even though I never purchased a return label, I had already been issued a refund.
So the problem is how do I now purchase a return label so I can actually ship the item back? I can't find any link or option on the Return Details page that will let me do that. I don't return a lot of items so this is all new territory for me.
