Help with Return Closed
Ordered a pair of boots just before Christmas and they are too narrow. Started a return but the seller closed it because I did not return the boots within 14 days. Too busy over the holidays. Seller is now refusing the return as it was outside their 14 day window. The listing does not indicate that the boots are unusually narrow. I should have returned them as Item not as described, but I started an ordinary. Now the return has been closed, the seller has refused to extend their return window and eBay indicates I have no recourse. Thank you for any suggestions!
