Help with return
I requested a return because the item was not what I ordered. The return was approved got email saying click and download shipping label but there is nothing to download I click resend label but it doesn't do anything.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your eBay account, find the transaction in your Purchase History and use the link there to print the label. If the page appears blank or nothing prints, try using a different browser, or save the label and open it with a PDF reader such as Acrobat Reader.

OP3 years agoI see nothing to click and download other then resend label I click on it and it does nothing. Does that mean seller didn't send a shipping label. The seller is not responding to my email am asking them for help.

Mentor3 years agoTry viewing the email in another browser. Use the link in the email and then check the download folder of your browser for the label.
