Help with return
I bought a watch on Ebay Live, when I received it I was disappointed that the band had been way over polished and is un acceptable. I started a return and Ebay said this is now a CASE that is pending and should be resolved in 2-3 days . It has now been 10 days with no response to any emails .. What can be done..

OP4 months agoEbay has stepped in , Says “Return case is pending” however its been over 7 days with no updates, Ebay has not responded to the 3 emails I have sent ..

Mentor4 months agoGo back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in, if the seller has not responded within 3 days.
