we just received our order and would like to return it but when we put in our order number it says - no order found. How do we make the return?

Go to your purchase history

Find the item you wish to return, use the "More Actions" Dropdown and select "Return this item"

If you cannot find your item in your purchase history, you may have checked out as a "Guest".
If you did, find the confirmation email that you got from eBay. Use the link in that email to see the details of your order -- you must be logged out of your regular account to do this.
