Help with refund on purchase older than 90 days
Hi,
I have purchased an item from a seller that was charging my card before the item was sent, and then for weeks and months was blaming delays on the supplier side for why I didn’t receive any product. Now it’s 5-6 months since I paid, and the seller claims he is not able to refund because the order is to old. On eBay.com and in the app, I am not able to open a case since the order is more than 90 days old, and there is no way (that I have found) to actually get in touch with a human being in eBay that can help?
Anyone’s got an idea how I can get in touch with someone in eBay without an orderID that is less than 90 days old?
Best regards,
FL

If you do not received your item by the last estimated delivery date eBay gave when you paid, you can open an item not received case to get a refund. You only have 30 days from that date to open the case through eBay.
Since it has been longer than that you will have to do a charge back with your funding source. PayPal and most credit cards allow you 180 days. If it has been over that and you used a credit card you can contact them to see if they have longer protection.
