Help with order

I ordered an item and it says itâ€™ll ship within 0 days of paying but it hasnâ€™t even shipped yet after 13 days and I have no clue if my item is in a box or not. I messaged the seller and they havenâ€™t answered me after I texted them 3 times in 3 days. I want a refund but I donâ€™t see an option! I donâ€™t even want the item I just want my money back

@caant4738 What is the estimated delivery date for this item in your Purchase History? You can open a Refund Request for not receiving your item after that date has passed - don't try to open it before. When the case is open, the seller has 3 days to respond with tracking showing delivery - if they don't you can ask eBay to step in for a refund.
