Help with negitive feedback that is not correct.
How can I actually talk to someone at ebay regarding negative feedback that is false? I sold a needlepoint. In the listing I included pics with a measuring tape the showed the dimensions. The buyer is saying the dimensions I posted were wrong. They are not. All you have to do is look at my original pictures!! I sent buyer an email Aug. 14th and she has not responded. Today I sent her a request for revision. I am guessing she won't reply to that either. In the automated email I received when I submitted the request, it says "The buyer has until Aug 30th to revise or decline." How fair is that?

-Feedback revision: normally a Buyer and Seller agree to the Feedback change before the revision form is sent. Sellers are allowed 5 per year but only 1 per transaction, Buyers have 10 days to complete the form.
You should use the Report Buyer link on the sold item to alert eBay of the problem.
Wait until after August 30th when the revision form expires and if nothing has happened you can try the Feedback removal tool here: Request to remove feedback
On a side note, I see your return policy is that you do not accept returns. Inexperienced Buyer may not realize this is not true and for a number of reasons they can force you to pay for a return shipping label and refund upon receipt. For example and as you mentioned, the listing states a 22 1/2" item but with the backing the complete piece is larger. The tape measure in the customers pictures on the Feedback clearly show the item (which includes the backing) is bigger than that by a number of inches. So, if the Buyer is inexperienced and not happy with their purchase but is not aware that because it is not as described they could return it all they see is that you do not accept returns. So what is left for them to do???? Leave less than Positive Feedback is one choice. Consider accepting returns int he future.
