Help with multiuser activities
I've been granted access to a seller's account and have gone through the 2-step verification process. When I go to the Seller Hub it displays "you are accessing _______'s account." However, when I select an item to edit, nothing happens. It simply returns me to the "manage active listing" page. Would be glad for any advice since I've not found anything along the lines of 'troubleshooting' in the EBay help articles.
