Help with money back guarantee

Question

Can someone help with money back guarantee â€” where the seller never shipped my item, so it never even made it to authenticity guarantee...let alone to anywhere else.

I have no option to ask ebay to step in, and my only option is to email ebay and wait YET ANOTHER 24-48 hours for a reply on top of the already 25-days that I have been waiting for ebay to step in?

PLEASE... if anyone can help, I would be very appreciative.
