Help with mis-delivered package
Hi,
I have a question about a mis-delivered order.
The first shipment was delayed in transition and I sent the buyer a second shipment which arrived quickly.
I filed a claim of lost mail on USPS.com for the first shipment and it was denied because the tracking indicates that the first shipment was delivered. However it was delivered to a different state from the buyer's address on this order.
Please advise how I should proceed from here. Thank you.
