Did the Buyer pay you upon pickup?
If you had Local Pickup as an option in the listing and the Buyer selected that, eBay would have sent them a QR code for you to scan on pickup/payment, plus eBay would have emailed them the six-digit code to enter manually if you could not scan the QR code. These codes are meant to prove to eBay that the item was "delivered" to the Buyer. The codes do not generate payment.
