Help with item not being delivered
I’m trying to contact eBay but I can’t find a way to even have a text chat. I’ve sent the seller 3 messages about an item that was supposed to arrive yesterday but still hasn’t been shipped yet. The seller won’t respond back. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoAs a buyer you can file an "item not received" case with eBay the day after the last estimated delivery date. The seller will have three business days to refund you or provide tracking that shows delivery; if not, ask eBay to step in.
