Help with Issues with on time shipments
There have been many times where I brought my sold items to the local USPS and becasue they already had a prepaid postage label i just dumped them into the bin with all the others and never bothered getting a scan from the clerk. Well, that past action of mine has caused mega problems with late shipments. My bad for sure because i just assumed that the USPS would scan them same day. That didnt always happen and now I'm paying the price and was bumped down from Top seller.
My bigger problem is this - I'm now correcting this past bad behaviior in an attempt to get my status back up but the clerks at the PO have told me that they will no longer scan any more than 2 packages. I tried talking to them making my obvious argument but they really didnt care.
Do you have a work around to this? If i scan them at the kiosk that doesnt count.
Thanks for your feedback.

If you create your labels using bulk shipping, you can print a scan form. The clerk can then scan the form, and the tracking for all the packages associated with the form will be updated.

OP8 months agooh! Great to know. So - i can just drop them in "the bin" but then have them scan the paper with all the listings and that counts as a PO scan? Thanks so much.

No, you have to take both the form and the packages to the clerk. The clerk scans the form and takes the packages at the same time.
