Help with international shipping option

How do I add international shipping option to existing listings? When I go to revise, and click on add international shipping, it gives me a list of services but says I need to manage customer , etc. myself. There is no option for Ebay international shipping there.

@cshanfour Are you opted in to the eBay International Shipping Program? If you are it will look like this screen shot at the top of the shipping settings page>

Next once you are opted in then you need to unblock the countries in account settings where it says exclude shipping locations>

( I see that currently you are blocking pretty much everywhere, the eBay EIS program honors your country blocks, there is no reason to block a country when you use EIS though)

Next I recommend blocking buyers in locations you do not ship to in buyer requirements>

Then after you do those steps on the listings you do not NOT offer ANY international shipping yourself. Since YOU are not shipping internationally you select NO INTERNATIONAL shipping.

Not all items can ship to all countries there are import restrictions, price, category, and package size requirements. You can see those here>
