Help with incorrect Delivery Estimates on Shipping Policies
Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble with my shipping policies and could really use some guidance.
I’ve set up two separate policies:
One for books shipped via Media Mail, which correctly shows a 2–8 day delivery window in the policy.
Another for rings shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, showing 2–5 days in the policy.
However, once I apply these policies to my listings, eBay automatically displays estimated delivery times of 2–3 days for books and 2–4 days for rings, which are both inaccurate based on USPS’s actual transit times.
I read that handling time might affect this, so I changed it from same-day to 2 business days, but that didn’t make any difference.
Can anyone help me figure out how to get eBay’s automatic delivery estimates to reflect the correct shipping times? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips!

Mentor11 months agoWhen you are looking at your listings, the shipping time estimate is from your zip code to your zip code.
