Hello everyone,
I recently acquired a stunning glass vase that I believe might be something special. It exhibits a remarkable color transition from teal to smoky purple, resembling a piece of Murano glass. It stands about 18 inches tall, with dimensions of around 7 inches wide at the base and 9 inches at the top.
I’m reaching out to this community because I’d like to learn more about its possible origins and value. Does anyone have experience with identifying such pieces? Could it be an authentic Murano, or might it originate from another renowned glassmaker? How do I correctly identify its origin and estimate its value?
