Has anybody else had issues with selling a single item and then all of a sudden that same item is listed again without you knowing and selling again and you have to cancel the order because it somehow relisted? i have had this happen 5-6 times in the last few years causing my seller rating to drop and i can't get answers. i appealed it at they denied the appeal. Help what did you do to get it resolved?

OP1 month agohas anyone had any luck getting them reversed? what language did you use?

Mentor1 month agoYes, and I think it comes from the Inactive listings.
If I do a sell similar or relist on an inactive listing, it still leaves a copy of the original listing under inactive.
Then any kind of bulk relisting will pick those up if you are not careful to delete it after relisting.
