Help with fraudulent fragrance and contacting eBay

I purchased a imposter cologne represented as authentic , I started a refund an was sent a fraudulent USPS form as I boxed the return , used provided label and sent it and it was never scanned , the usps number isn’t valid … reported bad seller an eBay took down the product and it appears that the seller went ghost .. since ebay seller left platform , eBay should provide refund as they allow fraudulent sellers of sunglasses and fragrances run wild and unchecked unless reported .. been a 100% fee...
