Help with fraud
Hi, I have been getting my items bid and sold to members that asked me to txt them. I repeat myself saying that is not eBay’s policy. How can I
a) report them
b) cancel the sale
c) put my product back on sale
many thanks!

You are wise to not communicate with them outside of Ebay.
When the buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

When you get notification from Ebay that the transaction has been cancelled, you are free to relist the item.
All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

Set your buyer requirements to block buyers who caused cancellations of 2 unpaid purchases within 12 month(s).
