Help with fixing all my listings
Somehow, for all my 460 listings, I accidentally set them all to local pick up. How do I fix this?

Do you use Business Policies?
If so, create several different policies and then assign your listings to policy of your choice through Bulk Edit or on the Business Policy page.
If you don't use Business Policies
You can either revise each listing manually, or
Bulk Edit in groups to apply 'Calculated Shipping' or what ever is appropriate for your items.
My guess is that you use Business Policies and only have one Shipping Policy. You should have several
- Local Pickup Only
- Calculated Ground Advantage
- Any flat price options you want
- Calculated UPS if you want to offer that for heavier items.

To use "Bulk Edit" to revise listings:
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to. (start with just 2 listings - later just pick them all)
3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Bulk Edit
3) Delivery <<==
4) Change your shipping <<==
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
8 ) Done
