Help with filing a report please (ridiculous)
The item I purchased was never shipped the seller doesn’t respond..: I go to purchases hit more actions then select my item hasnt arrived… a memo pops up saying if you haven’t received your item by Apr.1 file a report… however it just keeps running me in circles it will not let me file a report or any kind of request… keeps saying same thing over n over.. “if your item isn’t here by Apr.1 file a report “ thats as far as I get even when I go to help and CONTACT EBAY.. I get nothing

It is still Apr. 1st according to Ebay which is located in California, so you are too early to file the Refund Request.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
