When I receive feedback, it never shows.

Mentor4 months agoYou may actually be receiving automatic feedback from eBay if the buyer does not leave feedback for a sale within 10 days. To see this automatic feedback you need to check the box on your feedback page to see this feedback. Buyers can still leave you actual feedback for up to 60 days and their feedback will replace the eBay feedback.

On our feedback profile page, the list of feedbacks defaults to Most Relevant. I don't know how eBay gauges relevance. Anyway, it's probable that your new feedbacks are being inserted farther down the list, based on that relevance. Change the sort to Most Recent and the new ones will show at the top.
