Help with FedEx Ground Delivery

Hello, I shipped items via FedEx Ground Home Delivery and the items arrived broken. I filed a claim with Fedex (purchased full-coverage insurance). I'm not sure how to proceed with eBay. Does the buyer have to return the items to me? The buyer did provide photos.

No the buyer doesn't have to return the item if you don't wish it back . Just send the refund.
