Help with extra cost of postage
I’ve just sold a very large print which EBay suggested the postage would cost £10.28. The item was put on a 7 day auction & sold for substantially less than l wanted. However, l agreed to the sale but upon delivery to the post office they said the postage would cost either £17.95 parcel force 48 or £23.95 parcel force next day delivery.
i notified the buyer about the postage charge & to check whether he is willing to pay the difference in postage or should l cancel the order. Buyer appears to be super nice & confirmed in text he is happy to pay the difference of £7.67 & wishes to proceed with the order but neither of us know how to do this. I cannot find any answers on eBay so l’m reaching out for your help & thank you in advance

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
You cannot ask your buyer for more shipping money. You should have entered the correct weight and dimensions of the package and ebay will calculate the shipping cost. If you make a mistake, you are responsible for paying the difference.
