Help with enforcing warranty claims
I purchased a battery that boasted a 10 year warranty. I've used it 3 times in the 7 months I've had it and it won't charge. Seller won't respond. How is the best way to get resolution?

OP2 years agoThank you. I was hoping there was some way for ebay to pressure their sellers honor their warranty

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately seven months is too long for eBay to give you any help. Manufacturers warranty items not sellers. Sellers may help with the warranty process if they are an authorized dealer for the item. Most sellers on eBay are not authorized dealers so manufacturers will not warranty the item. eBay is considered a secondary selling site by all manufacturers.
