Help with eBay guaranteed money back- seller was kicked off eBay
hello,
I need some help from the community with this question:
I purchased some perfume from a seller. The perfume when it got here was obviously fake and it was a scam. I reported it to eBay eBay shut down the seller they did this before I could ask for a return. now I’m stuck with this horrible perfume and my money gone. I cannot seem to find any help from eBay on this matter since there was never a return made before they shut down the sellers account.
how would I go about getting eBay to impact their guaranteed money back since they shut down the sellers account? I would really like my money back. if there is no seller to contact or no store to contact to request a return there’s nothing else to do but ask eBay for the money back since they have a guarantee it is under $100 which is great but I’m still out that money. any ideas guys I would really appreciate it

Mentor5 months agoYou can go to your credit card issuer if that is how you paid, and file a charge back to get your money back. There are time limits so do it now.
