Why does it take ebay so **bleep** long to resolve issues? Is 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months. Has anyone successfully sued Ebay is small claims?

Did you file a not received refund request for the sale that the seller advised you to cancel?

ONLY sellers can cancel an order, a buyer can only REQUEST for the sale to be canceled.

A not received refund request is how you can get your money back.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you. This is when eBay can force the seller to refund you.
