Help with drone return
Summary: marra-3607 sold a drone, but the buyer wants to return it, claiming it was opened, has minor damage, and pictures on a memory card. I recently sold my drone but before the buyer received the item he told me he was going to send it back as his son bought the wrong item. I don't him I can't as its already been posted. He has now opened the item and complained to Ebay it's not new or has a scratch on it and one memory card has 4 photos on and the batteries are charged. I explained to him the memory cards the company sent me free I have no idea what is on them as I haven't got a card reader. I explained the company I bought it from told me to keep the batteries charged or they will stop charging if left flat. He has complained about a scratch on the gimbal which means he has opened it all and removed it how do I know he didn't put the scratch there. Also I sent 3 packs of new blades unopened and all the books are unopened and its never been registered or binded to anyone. Plus I'm paralysed down my right side so registered disabled and have a carer twice a day so couldn't fly it if I wanted to and trust me id sooner be able to fly it and not have to live on my sofa 24 hrs away. I spoke to Ebay and they said take it back and just refund him but why should I when he's opened it all tried the batteries etc

Mentor1 week agoYou need to accept the return request if the buyer stated Not as Described and a return shipping label will be provided and charged to your account. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, you receive a defect recorded on your account, you don't get the final value fee credited, and the buyer does not have to return the item.
