Help with double shipping cost

Question

I shipped the item that I sold myself at my local post office. I paid the local post office $80.05 to ship the item. The tracking number is 953461100063403463-9771. Since I paid for it myself, why is Ebay charging me for shipping & giving me a tracking #?
also how do you talk to someone?

eBay wouldn't have charged you for a label unless you purchased a label through eBay. If you did, you can void it within 5 days of purcahse here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Be sure to add the tracking # you received from the post office to the transaction in your orders list.
