    Help with "Do Not Ship to This Address" Warning for Sold Item
                     

     

    Hi everyone,

    I sold an item (Order #13-13134-75479), and when I checked the recipient address, eBay shows:

    “Do not ship to this address — Lebanon, PA 17042-7666.”

    The buyer also gave another address:
    65 Oxford Dr, Moonachie, NJ, which seems like an authentication center.
    They’re not sure what to do either, and I don’t want to risk losing protection.

    Has anyone seen this before? Is the NJ address safe to ship to?
    Should I wait for eBay support or proceed?

    When you sell something under Authenticity Guarantee, the correct address will show up when you print your label
