Help with denied cancelation.
I ordered a pair of shoes and paid asking price for them, according to the shipping guide lines item needs to be sent out with in the first 3 days to be authenticated and I haven’t received any notifications bout the item being sent out to the process of shipping. Sent two very nice messages before requesting the cancelation and got no response, requested the cancelation and it was denied. Money was taken out, what should be my next step??? Seller is not contacting me back.
