help with contacting Ebay directly

Question

Does Ebay have a complaint department that I may contact because I am getting no response from a seller. I have games that this seller mistakenly sent to me that I need to return. I have contacted the seller (onestopmomandpop) many many times with no response as to where to return these games to.

I am willing to pay for shipping. I just want them out of my house. They don't belong to me and I don't want them.

Please help.

Looks like you've placed a few orders with them lately. Do the tracking numbers match any orders you're waiting for?

Are you expecting a package from that seller? If so, and the seller accidentally switched shipping labels, you can do the following:

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
