Help with combined shipping on order
Hello
My customer bought 4 items on auction, wanted combined shipping. So I figured how to combine them sent an invoice with what the shipping & items would be, didn't like the price. The box weight is 34lbs 24"x20"x12" she on the other side of US from me. She didn't get that a large box would cost more. She said well just send like the original listing then. So I cancelled on my end, know the items are sitting there & only thing it looks like I can do is relist? Note she hasn't paid for anything yet. Can I reverse the cancelled? Help please

Mentor3 years agoNext time don't cancel, just let her pay separately, if that's what she wants to do.  Hopefully you selected "buyer request" for the cancellation reason so you don't have any penalty.

·3 years agoIf you already canceled the orders, there's nothing you can do except relist.

Mentor3 years agoIn the future, if buyer doesn't pay within 4 days, then on day 5 file the cancellation for Buyer didn't pay, and then relist. Â
