Help with buying a guest
Ordered a part for a motorcycle but won’t allow me to see details of order, now the seller sent me an email through eBay saying the part is out of stock and won’t be able to get it for at least a month and asked if I’m willing to wait. But it won’t let me respond to seller and I can’t figure out how to get any help from eBay. What do I do?

Mentor2 years ago@x72df6 Don't let the seller stall you out of your eBay Money Back Guarantee. Tell them to cancel the sale and refund you. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay if the seller doesn't refund you now.
GUEST ACCOUNT >>
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
If you need help starting a refund request here's how to contact customer service.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
2. Request a call back
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a PRIVATE message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; you need to sign out of your current eBay account to use the links in the email eBay sent regarding your guest purchase.
If the seller sent an email -- or an eBay message that was delivered to you via email -- try responding directly to the email to reply to the seller rather than using the blue "reply" button in the email (unless you first sign out of your current eBay account).
