Help with buyer refund not working, and support not calling as scheduled
I have been trying to get ebay to call me via scheduled , requested tech support. They arent calling me. In fact, I tried the call them course and was told ebay support was after hours (at 12:30, midday, today, Friday). I can not reach a living person. I am trying to refund a buyer. I am doing everything as per instructed. I keep getting an error message (attached) that says the problem is on thrie side. I have checked and verified that my bank account is configured to ebay. It is. I have confirmed the funds are in my bank accout. They are. This has been going on for 2 days now. I have screenshots. I am absolutely at the end of things to try. I do not know how to fix this and can not get a live person at ebay. What am I suppossed to do?
