Help with Buyer Harassing Me
I am having an issue and nobody seems to help. I had a buyer leave feedback where he shows that he has been stalking my Facebook account. I have had to file a police report due to emails/messages/Facebook Messenger messages they have left me. Ebay seems to think that this is OK. I have called and messaged with customer service and they don't help except to say file a police report, which I have done. I understand that this happened offline from Ebay, but leaving negative feedback when I went above and beyond is awful. This person admitted on the negative feedback they have stalked me off the site. What can I do? I want that removed! Ebay doesn't seem to want to help. I also don't understand how they can leave negative feedback, you respond stating your side, then they can do it again. I am a new seller and this is just crazy to me. I am trying not to let this get me down, but I am upset. Any advice?

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately you have done all you can do with eBay. The feedback does not violate eBay feedback policy in the eyes of eBay. So they will do nothing to remove the feedback. You responded to the feedback like you should to tell your side of the story. eBay cannot do anything about comments left on Facebook as this is not part of eBay. You could possible report this person to Facebook for some kind of violation of their policies.
