Help with an item was delivered to the buyer but buyer says they didn't receive it
A buyer contacted me to say they didn't receive the item but tracking shows that it was delivered in the mailbox. Any advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated.

Be polite and professional and let them know the tracking number as well as that the tracking shows it was delivered to them. If they don't have it, check with their neighbors to see if they got the package. Also suggest they check with their carrier tomorrow while their memory is fresh, they may remember where they drop off the package.
