Help with an item that was purchased more than 90 days ago...
I purchased an item in January from a seller who used false title words in order to garner sales; it was supposed to be a Japan-exclusive version but I received the USA version. The seller did not accept returns so I was unable to do anything about it... I went to the seller's store today only to see that they are still using the same falsified Japanese listing titles to sell common US merchandise at over double the price. This seller also deliberately hides the face of all tags, because they don't want you to see they are the US tags (which are distinct from the JP version).

Mentor2 years ago@a5304_sk I am sorry you had a bad seller. For future reference you CAN return an item that is not as described within 30 days of receipt. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rides the sellers no return policy which is for buyers remorse returns only.
It's just a bit trickier returning to another country so if you ever need to do that let me know and I can help walk you through the steps. Seller pays the return shipping for items that are not as described even if they are located in another country.
What you can do is report the sellers listing using the report item link on the right hand side of the listing just above the description.
