Help with an item I shipped!
I’ve shipped an item of moderate value and the shipment is being bounced around and seems like it’s not moving now. Customer is no longer at the address I shipped to. Is there anyone way for me to cancel the order since it’s in transit? Thank you for your help!!

If the buyer left no forwarding address, the item will eventually be returned to you. If the item is worth $18 return shipping, try a package intercept - https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
To cancel the order means refunding the buyer in full - I assume that is not what you want to do. Wait until the item is returned, then refund the buyer for the item only, not the shipping.
If the buyer opens a not received claim, contact customer service and ask them to look at the tracking - providing a bad address voids the buyer's money back guarantee. The case should close in your favor.
