help with an item i had for sale
I had an item for sale .. it sold (Jan 21st) .. *I* accidentally marked it paid, it has NOT been paid and buyer won't answer my emails or messages. It won't let me cancel the payment or order ? How to I cancel it ? Ebay is charging me TWO final selling fees (Jan 29th) for the item and it DID NOT sell .. i need to contact customer somehow ... i don't know what to do , besides NOT use EBay again, that's for sure ...

Mentor7 months agoFrom the drop down menu next to the item click on mark as unpaid. Hopefully you did not ship the item and and now should be able to cancel the item for non-payment from the same menu.

OP7 months agoi definitely did not send it .. but I can NOT get Ebay chat by agent to work on any social media device, laptop , phone or desk top .. it's just a continuous circle of help article .. it's crazy ! but thanks

Mentor7 months agoWell that's frustrating. Best then is to private message on social media, they do respond to that and by a rep that can be more helpful in fixing problems.
