help with an incorrect shipping lable i already paid for
Hi , Can someone advise? I accidentally bought a shipping label that is not enough for the package, - Off by a few inches on size. I've voided it and waiting for a refund. How long does it take?
Or should I still mail it out and pay the difference at the POST

Mentor2 years agoOnce you void the label within 5 days of printing it, the USPS will take 2-3 weeks to credit your account as they want to confirm the label was never used. Now you need to use PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and make sure the weight and dimensions of the package are correct.

OP2 years agoThank you, I just realized the price difference is now only .06 cents. Will the post office just take the difference ? Haven't had this issue before
