HELP!!! with ACTUALLY CONTACTING ebay
good afternoon,
long story short...
i received an item not received request from a buyer today. only problem is, is that this is a duplicate request and has already been closed.
i tried contacting ebay directly, though i'm not sure why the chat function has been completely disabled, and reluctantly clicked on return call option.
some 15 minutes later i receive an email stating they tried to call, but blah, blah, blah... the number is correct, and they just didn't call. what can i do here besides the same thing?
please help. i've contacted the buyer, but they refuse to reply for whatever the reason.

It doesn't seem possible that a duplicate claim could be opened - how was the first one closed?
Was it delivered with tracking, or not delivered and refunded?
The Chat function is available when Chat agents are available - you can keep trying to get it to show.
Or disable your phone spam filters so eBay calls can be received (they tried to call).
