Help with a sold phone?
To keep things short, my wife and I changed carriers so we upgraded phones.
We factory reset both phones.
One was purchased and never paid for. Relisted. Whatever.
Second one sold. Buyer requested only fedex or UPS. Told me DO NOT use USPS. Took it to UPS. Guy said location looked like a drop ship location.
Buyer messages me today saying there’s a password on the phone and they can’t get into it. My wife and I were sitting together when we factory reset both phones.
Not sure where to go from here. They sent me a screenshot holding what I presume is the phone asking for a 6 digit code.
Advice?
