Help with a seller not responding
heya, a little upset recently because an item i purchased is from a seller who just isnt responding. I know this isnt a case of the seller being away, previous feedback shows they never responded and never received their item and im here in the same boat. the issue is that I can't seem to do anything until November 11th since its the estimated arrival time, reason being if from out of country. I'm certain I'm never going to get a response and waiting for this date is very frustrating because i really feel its just a waste of time and I need the money from the refund. is there no way to issue a complaint with ebay or get help with support since im not the only victim to this seller, this wait time is very annoying
