Help with a Seller not honoring a 1yr warranty
Hello,
I am having difficulty with a seller (krustythe) who is refusing to honor a 1yr warranty on a $500 item by ghosting me after requesting a warranty claim. I have worked extensively (months) with the seller to troubleshoot the issue over eBay messaging and have spent hours on Youtube, trying to figure out the fix as well.
The seller was reported to eBay once I was ghosted and have done everything I can think of to fix the issue though eBay. So far, I have not received a status update on any of the reporting and requests for assistance (4 days ago). eBay's policy states an update will be issued within 48hrs, but so far not so much as an email.
Any other reporting recommendations: BBB, Social Media post (IG, FB, TIKTOK),etc.?
Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Mentor3 years agoEbay does not get involved with warranty issues and it is also too late to file a dispute with the payment processor. This is between you and the seller and/or manufacturer.
Did you get the warranty in writing?
Did you register the item with manufacturer?
Was the seller an authorized dealer?
Have you contacted the manufacturer?
What type of item is it?
What type of problem are you having?
