Help with a scam
I made the mistake of purchasing an item from someone without checking their reviews and now I'm out $60. From what I've read from the other reviews this seems to be a scam seller. Somehow they are using tracking information but nothing ever gets delivered. I reported it to eBay and they closed my case saying that it shows it was delivered but it was not. I need to contact the post office to see if there's anything that they can do because I need proof I didn't receive it. Is there any recourse for this kind of situation? It's happened to multiple buyers from this particular seller.
